Please note: All " Sea Moss Gel orders" will be refunded if 2nd class delivery has been selected. This is due to ensuring you receive your order as fresh as possible.

Our Sea Moss gel is produced daily and made to order to ensure freshness, so please allow a 2 day delivery window (1 day to prepare + 1 day shipping) excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Please note all orders placed after 7am on Thursday will be shipped on the Monday.

Our products are despatched via Evri, royal mail and DPD (DPD will provide a 1 hour delivery window).

Please ensure you have checked the shipping address before confirming your order, please let us know about any amendments immediately, whilst we will do our best to change details of the shipping address, once an order has been despatched we are unable to make any amendments.

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirmation. Royal mail and Evri, usually deliver orders within 1-2 working days and DPD the next following day. In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 3 days please contact us.

Please ensure someone will be in to receive your order. We do not recommend for you to change your delivery status(delivery to neighbour/change delivery date) once your order has been despatched, as we cannot guarantee our couriers will action your request and we take no responsibility or issue refunds or replacements for any missed deliveries.
